Thank you for shopping with Furever Fashion by April! Every collar is handmade with care in Wisconsin.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
Furever Fashion by April currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states.
At this time, I do not offer international shipping.
PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME:
Each collar is handmade to order just for your pup.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Processing times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and USPS-observed holidays are not considered regular business processing days.
Please keep processing time in mind when placing an order for a special occasion or holiday.
SHIPPING METHOD:
All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package along its journey.
Please allow additional time for USPS to process and deliver your package, especially during holidays and peak shipping seasons.
DELIVERY & TRACKING:
Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is handled by the postal service.
Please remember:
• Tracking information may take time to update after your package is accepted.
• Delivery dates provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Weather, postal delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
Furever Fashion by April is not responsible for delays once an order is in the possession of USPS.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Furever Fashion by April is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to help if your order has not shipped.
LOST, DELAYED OR MARKED DELIVERED PACKAGES:
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, porch, and with household members or neighbors.
You may also contact your local USPS office for assistance.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out so I can help you determine the next steps.
HOLIDAYS & USPS OBSERVED HOLIDAYS:
Please allow additional processing and shipping time during holidays and USPS-observed holidays.
Orders placed during these periods may require an additional business day or more for processing and shipment.
If you are ordering for a holiday or special occasion, I encourage you to order early.
