Returns & Exchange Policy


No returns or exchanges of any product in my shop is accepted

Throughout the 9 years of owning my business, I have found doing exchanges and or returns was a practice that was not effective & became a loss to my small business. 

Let me explain why-

Beginning when I first started, I accepted returns or exchanges. When the product came back to me, they would have a bad odor, dog hair, poorly packaged, broken buckles (weren't bubble wrapped) & appear worn. I then decided not to accept any more as I cannot re-sell these items.

The best example would be: Imagine I sell a collar to you that someone returns to me & has dog hair or smells. This is 100% against anything I stand for or would happen with my business.

It is unfortunate when ordering to have a situation when a collar doesn't fit. The best way to order from my shop is to review all visual sizing charts, read the listing description, ask questions if needed & you will have a flawless experience ordering from me. If you receive your order that has a visual defect upon opening the package, please reach out to me with a photo. I take multiple photos of finished orders & we can compare as to what you may have a concern with. Cases like this have been extremely rare, but I am open to discussing your concerns 😊 - April/Furever Fashion
